Yes indeed! Our shop has everything in stock, unless otherwise indicated.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs differ per product.
Our webshop displays the shippingcosts at the checkout.
We ship with PostNL and TNT Post for a fast delivery!



I've paid in advance through bank transfer. Has my payment arrived?

Only internet payments (iDEAL, PayPay, Creditcard, etc) are processed directly.
All other payments need 3 working days.



When do I receive my order?

We ship out your order directly after we receive your payment (Same day shipping, if you order before 12:00 hours)
With the exception of Sundays, Mondays and holidays.

Shipping goes through PostNL and TNT post
Shipping confirmations are sent in the afternoon and evening.
We ship from Tuesday to Saturday.

Through the E-mail, you will receive a track and trace code with which you can track your order online.

Warrenty and Exchange

We have a standard one-and-a-half month warranty on all our products. After this, the factory warranty takes over.
However, a few parts are excluded from this.See Terms and Conditions for more information.

Almost all products have a 6 month warranty

Exchanging a product is not a problem! Even untill 14 days after the purchasedate!

Warranty is void after modification or incorrect usage!
Warrenty for gearbox parts which you install yourself will be reviewed by our Technical Department per case.



Product is defective outside of its warranty period, what now ?

Feel free to mail us, we can always offer you a solution.



Error in delivery

In case of a delivery error, please email us at info@unit13shop.eu or call with our customer service.
